If we had to rate Ben and Elsa Delacruz on a scale of 1 to 10, we would have to write in a 20! We started looking for homes in San Antonio and the Houston area almost a year in advance of one of our retirements as we planned our relocation from California to Texas, and Ben and Elsa were thoughtful and helpful partners at every stage of the process.
